E Plex Enterprise is a Windows software for interacting with electronic door locks. There is support for E Plex 5200, 5600, 5700, 3200, 3600 and 3700 series of devices. Instruments for creating an access schedule and managing visitor logs are included. You are able to monitor the usage of the emergency mechanical override key as well.

Brief description

This program provides an electronic data collection platform for secure and convenient door lock control. Users can add up to 3000 identities to the system and configure custom access permissions.

You are able to create personal schedules as well as specify vacation days and holiday breaks. This functionality is helpful for managing commercial properties with multiple locks.

Similar to Dell FastAccess Facial Recognition, all sensitive data is securely encrypted to prevent hacking attempts and other types of external attacks.

Please note that E Plex Enterprise is a paid utility. There is no free trial version.

User profiles

It is possible to import and export information about the people who have access to the door lock such as the name, Smart card number and personal PIN code. Moreover, there is an option to enable the dual database feature to let clients use either a PROX or Smart ID card for authentication.
