DTS Sound is a Windows application for audio processing. It is intended for delivering an immersive 3D experience by rendering a clear, rich and believable spatial sound on speakers or headphones. It is important to note that the free trial version of DTS Sound will expire 14 days after activation.

The program is designed to give you a competitive edge in multiple computer games by creating an accurate soundscape using any pair of headphones. There is a database of more than 500 custom-tuned profiles for various models of audio hardware from all popular manufacturers. Moreover, new entries are added to the list on a regular basis.

Supported games include Metro Exodus, Assassin’s Creed Origins, Gears 5, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Forza Horizon 5, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, For Honor, Final Fantasy XV, Borderlands 3, Resident Evil 2 and The Division 2.

Home theater

Like in Dolby Home Theater V4, users can bring next-generation immersive audio format to a home theater system based on Xbox. It is possible to connect a DTS:X-compatible soundbar or utilize a multi-channel receiver with surround speakers.
