DSE is a Windows utility for programming power generator controllers made by Deep Sea Electronics. There is support for DSE 7310, 7410, 8610 and 8620. The integrated PLC editor allows users to create and edit custom scripts. Please note that the DSE app is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Controller settings

After connecting the device to the computer via USB cable you can export the existing configuration file from the internal memory. There is a library of predefined templates for common applications. Alternatively, it is possible to manually rewrite binary values for fine tuning the controller.

Users are able to create advanced scripts for hospital and data center generators. Industrial electrical hardware such as pumps and compressors can be configured as well. Moreover, there are instruments for programming power generators used in remote mining and oil extraction operations.

Like in KGL, an option to save custom configuration files to the hard drive is included. You can apply existing profiles to multiple devices at the same time.

Monitoring

Tools for viewing the current status of all connected controllers are available. Additionally, there are buttons that allow users to start and stop remote power generators as well as adjust the set point.
