Drive Rescue is a special program for Windows that allows you to find any missing or deleted data on your hard disk drive. What is more, you can recover desired files even if the partition table is lost or the HDD has been formatted. Please note that the project has been discontinued, however the installer is available for download from our website.

Brief review

The application’s graphical interface has been translated in twenty different languages. In order to restore erased items, you need to select the logical drive where they were stored, pick them from the folder titled Deleted, then choose the output directory. If you have lost a hard disk letter, or it became inaccessible, you have to specify the physical device and get your items from the Root folder.

Another advantage of using this software solution is the possibility to recover data lost due to system crashes or quick formatting. The process itself is quite straightforward. Thus, you need to name the drive, push the Find Lost Data button, select the discovered files from the Lost folder and save them. Alternatively, you may use another tool called Zero Assumption Recovery or Paragon Hard Disk Manager.
