DRevitalize is a Windows program that empowers users to fix problematic sectors on traditional HDDs. It revitalizes corrupted partitions by applying low level magnetic stimulation. There is support for a wide range of drive types, including IDE, SATA and SCSI.

Repair instructions

You can choose the target volume from the drop down menu in the main window. Additionally, it is possible to switch between multi and single sector operational modes. An option to select the appropriate access system like WinAPI or ATA/SCSI is included as well.

Clicking the Start button initiates the drive surface analysis. It may take up a lot of time depending on partition capacity and hardware health. Reports with detailed information on detected issues and performed repairs are generated automatically.

Like in MHDD, there are tools for conducting write and read tests after fixing detected bad sectors. This helps users ensure that the storage device is in a stable working condition. Please note that the free demo version of DRevitalize has limited capabilities.

Advanced parameters

You are able to focus on specific areas of the drive instead of performing a complete surface scan. Moreover, instruments for configuring the desired block size and the amount of repair attempts are provided.
