DreamScenes Enabler is a Windows program that allows you to set videos or slideshows as desktop wallpapers on your personal computer. It can also be integrated with the Explorer context menu.

Installation

After launching the executable file, you need to click the Enable button and wait for the installation to complete. Once it is finished, a corresponding notification will appear on the screen. Next, you can click Finish and restart your PC.

Unfortunately, this tool can only be deployed on computers with Windows 7. If you would like to customize the visual component of your operating system, you may use Fences.

Wallpapers

The software enables you to use videos and slideshows as your default wallpaper. It is necessary to note that you can import your own video files in WMV and MPG formats. Moreover, you have the option to pause and resume playback.

Performance

One of the main advantages of this application is the fact that for video replay it relies on the resources of the graphics card, not the CPU. Thanks to this, the utility does not overload your system.

Additionally, when you launch games and other programs in full-screen, the clip will automatically stop showing. This frees up the computing power needed to perform other tasks. To save battery life, the tool displays a static background when the laptop is not connected to the network.
