dokucraft light is a Minecraft resource pack which is maintained entirely by the fan community, and since anyone can contribute, it offers different styles of fantasy. The core modification is inspired by old school RPGs like the Legend of Zelda.

Brief review

The dokucraft light introduces visual changes to almost all blocks and items, ensuring that they look more realistic and accurate. In addition, some assets have received medieval-inspired textures that remind of that period in human history. Animals and other mobs also have an improved appearance.

The main menu was redesigned, and now the background displays a spruce forest among the mountains. What is more, the game’s name has been replaced by the title of the resource pack. The buttons have also been updated.

Another impressive feature is the inventory interface. It is colored blue and divided into parts with the edges of all elements outlined in gold. The health bar shows a row of red hearts, while hunger is represented by droplets.

Mobs

Hostile mobs have been redesigned and now feature new colors. Zombies also started to look scarier, with thief faces and their mouths seem to be filled with blood. Skeletons wear medieval clothing, while Creepers have become blue and spiders have glowing red eyes. If you want to have a more kid-friendly experience, you may try another mod called Plastic Texture Pack.
