DFS is a Windows software for working with CDMA devices. There is an option to backup and restore the NV data from a smartphone. This is helpful for recovering lost files from corrupted memory blocks.

Main functionality

Similar to CDMA Workshop, this application offers users instruments for unlocking mobile devices by reading the SPC and calculating the SIM Unlock code based on the acquired values. Additionally, it is possible to edit the device serial number, MEID and IMEI.

File system

You can access encrypted memory sections in the EFS tab. There are instruments for adding new files and customizing access mode settings.

The Memory tab offers users a drop down menu to choose the correct area for scanning. Available options include RAM, DRAM, EEPROM and CEFS. It is easy to specify the correct starting byte and overall dump size before starting the operation.

Network

Tools for interacting with the mobile modem are located in the corresponding section of the main window. You are able to save and load automation scripts for quick network configuration.

DFS lets users view the list of saved SMS messages. Individual texts can be deleted from the mobile device.
