Deluge is a Windows application that contains tools for connecting to a global file exchange network. You can configure custom data transfer speed limits to avoid bandwidth congestion. Additionally, it is possible to access and control the program remotely using a web interface.

How it works

Users are able to import small torrent files obtained from the internet to begin the downloading process. Alternatively, there is an option to add new jobs via Magnet URLs.

Similar to uTorrent, you can view the list of included items and choose which ones to acquire. Clicking the Add button starts the operation. The estimated remaining time is displayed in the main window, which is helpful for monitoring the overall progress.

Instruments to configure advanced network settings are provided. Users are able to change the default communication port according to specific requirements. Moreover, traffic encryption can be activated for extra privacy protection.
