DeltaCad is a Windows program for drafting building plans, designing office layouts and drawing technical illustrations. Additionally, there are instruments for creating organization charts, hardware schematics, business presentations, maps and other types of projects.

Design process

This graphics editor lets you work with vector images. It is possible to draw points, lines and various geometrical shapes. Moreover, there are tools for inserting text blocks. The style and color of the letters are customizable. The drawing scale can be adjusted as well.

It is important to mention that DeltaCad is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. A more modern solution called AutoCAD is available for download.

Measurements

Users can switch between imperial and metric units. Buttons for performing vertical, horizontal and angled measurements are provided. It is easy to calculate circle diameters and distances between separate drawing elements.

Macros

There are tools for creating and executing custom scripts. This functionality is useful for automating repetitive tasks and speeding up the design process. Available commands and functions are listed in the included documentation.
