CX Designer is a Windows software that allows users to create, text and deploy complex interfaces for various industrial equipment. It is possible to share custom tags between PLCs and HMIs to streamline the development process. Please note that CX Designer is distributed on a commercial basis. There is no free trial version.

Areas of use

With the help of this utility you can develop custom blueprints, wireframes, roadmaps, workflows and scenarios. Like in Automation Builder, there are tools for enhancing user experience by creating automation scripts and advanced logic modules.

Interface design

Users are able to copy screen data and parts from other projects to quickly generate a new menu layout. Instruments for processing DXF files and showing their contents on the display are provided as well.

There are more than 1500 pre made Smart Active Parts that simplify programming and debugging. Moreover, you can customize the design of any screen with various fonts, icons, colors, geometrical shapes and animations.

The preview window lets users see how the new interface will look on the physical terminal. It is possible to change the appearance and behavior of every component in the Property section.
