Cron is a Windows calendar program. It contains instruments for setting up personal and business meetings by specifying the time, date, location and participant list. Users are able to automatically generate and send invitations via email. Moreover, there is an option to configure custom reminders.

Calendar

Similar to Interactive Calendar, the main window contains information about all planned events for the week. You can quickly jump to any date using the small monthly calendar at the left upper corner. This software is capable of synchronizing with Google Calendar to quickly transfer personal data.

Users are able to add a new event by double clicking the required time slot. It is possible to change the time and day of the meeting as well as specify multiple participants. The next step is to set the location and attach relevant text documents.

Additional capabilities

You can configure personal reminders to keep track of deadlines and important meetings. The Settings menu contains an option to change the default alert sound and change visual notification parameters.

The calendar layout is fully customizable. Users are able to switch between the daily, weekly and monthly views for easier navigation.
