Creo View Express is a Windows software for working with three-dimensional objects. There is support for AutoCAD drawings, PDF documents and multiple common image formats. Powerful measurement instruments are available.

Main purpose

With the help of this program users can view complex 3D models. Markup tools for adding personal annotations and measuring separate object elements are provided. It is possible to generate cross-section views for analyzing the internal structure of a model. The Animation tab lets users play a predefined movement sequence frame by frame.

Measurement instruments

You are able to calculate the length of any specific model element. Moreover, it is possible to measure the distance and angle between two elements as well as the diameter of a circle. The object surface area can also be calculated.

Sectioning

This application provides tools for creating cross-section views. Users can virtually cut the model along the X, Y or Z axis. Several render modes such as shaded, HLR, wireframe and mesh are available. This functionality is helpful for better understanding of the internal model structure.
