ContactGenie is a Windows application intended to help users organize their Outlook accounts. There are instruments for managing both large and small contact databases with a high degree of precision. Moreover, an option to import data from CSV, TXT or XLS documents is available.

Contact handling

After starting the program it will automatically detect all existing Outlook profiles registered on the local computer. Users can choose the desired account to view the contact list. It is possible to retrieve various types of information, including:

Names;
Phone numbers;
Email addresses;
Birthdays and more.

Tools to modify individual fields one by one or in bulk are provided. This functionality helps you quickly process large amounts of data, saving valuable time and effort. Duplicate contacts can be merged or deleted automatically as well, creating a clean and accurate database.

Import and export

Users are able to seamlessly migrate personal information between Outlook and other apps, which is particularly advantageous for cross platform sharing. There is support for various common output formats.
