ColorPic
ColorPic is a Windows program that allows you to quickly pick colors from any open window or directly from the desktop. This is helpful for drawing digital images and creating printable page layouts. It is possible to display colors in several common formats like HEX, RGB and CMYK.

With the help of this application users are able to precisely determine the exact hue of any object on the screen. Moreover, there are instruments for selecting the required color from the embedded mixer.
It is possible to manually enter RGB values to generate a specific hue. A collection of artistic palettes such as Pink Pastel, Blueberry, Android Dream, Twilight Heat, etc. is included. Alternatively, you can save custom colors for future use.
