Carsoft is a Windows software that allows car mechanics to test internal electronic systems in vehicles. There is support for a wide range of cars manufactured by Mercedes. Users can switch between the OBD and 38 PIN interface modes.

Main functionality

After selecting the correct vehicle model you are able to perform either an analog or a digital test depending on the car capabilities. The diagnostics results can be saved as a text file or sent to a printer. It is possible to add identifying information to the document such as the vehicle type, license plate number and customer name.

Included tests

Like in VAG K Can Commander, users can check multiple car components and systems like the engine, airbags, air conditioning unit, entertainment console, transmission module and other electronic elements.

It is necessary to connect the vehicle to the computer via COM or USB cable to perform diagnostic operations. All errors and warning messages can be erased using the corresponding menu. There is an option to receive real time vehicle telemetry and save it to a file for further analysis.

Please note that Carsoft is an obsolete program and no longer supported by the developer.
