CardMinder is a Windows utility for working with ScanSnap devices made by Fulitsu. It allows users to automatically convert scanned data to editable form for further processing and management. Please note that CardMinder is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Data acquisition

After connecting the scanner to the computer via USB cable you can capture information from the source document. There are instruments for previewing, magnifying and rotating scanned pages.

Management tools

Users are able to quickly transform text to editable form. This is helpful for indexing, tagging and sorting various types of documents to ensure effortless organization and retrieval of scanned content. It is possible to search for specific information in the archive as well.

You can integrate CardMinder with Outlook, Goldmine, Excel, Act and other productivity applications. Additionally, an option to protect sensitive documents with a password to safeguard confidential data from unauthorized access is provided. There is support for several modern encryption algorithms.
