Canon Inkjet Smart Connect is a Windows utility for working with office devices from Canon. There are tools for printing text documents and photos. You are able to customize the page size, output quality and other settings.

Printing

Users can add files from the hard drive to the job queue by dragging and dropping them into the workspace. It is possible to adjust the number of copies, change the color mode and specify custom page margins.

You are able to manage the printing queue by rearranging and removing individual tasks. This is helpful for prioritizing one job over others.

Scanning tools

The program is compatible with a wide range of Canon scanner models. Users can capture text documents and pictures. Like in CanoScan Toolbox, the resolution, output file format and target directory are adjustable. Moreover, there is an option to upload scanned images to the cloud server and share them with other people.

Maintenance

Canon Inkjet Smart Connect lets you check current ink levels, printing head cleaning status and error history. Instruments for installing firmware updates and troubleshooting various technical issues are included as well.
