Cameyo is a Windows virtual application delivery platform. Like XenDesktop, it allows users to access various desktop software products and internal web apps from any compatible browser. The utility is helpful for configuring, monitoring and managing remote workplaces for multiple employees.

Porting process

After registering and activating an account on the official website you can access the main dashboard via web interface. The next step is to configure a custom remote data server. Alternatively, it is possible to select one of supported third-party storage solutions like Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.

Clicking the Create button opens the remote desktop. Users are able to transfer installation files for the required program to the server by dragging and dropping them into the workspace. Converted web apps can be shared with other Cameyo clients.

Advanced settings

You can set a maximum session duration in the Admin tab. The amount of cloud instances is adjustable as well. There are checkboxes for allowing uploads to and from client computers. The visual appearance of the main interface is customizable.

Tools for managing restrictions for individual instances are provided. Users can disable remote clipboard and input devices.
