Cafezee is a Windows software that allows users to manage an internet cafe. It can be installed in a server configuration for organizing customer accounts and inventory. Additionally, it is necessary to set up a client version on every machine in the cafe.

Cafe parameters

The server edition offers you tools for working with employees and customers. Moreover, it is possible to add new sales and interact with stock inventory. You can create detailed PC usage reports, generate lists of prepaid members and monitor staff performance.

Buttons for starting the client session, transferring it to another machine or terminating the connection are provided. Users are able to remotely restart or shutdown all active computers as well.

Similar to CyberCafePro, there are options for creating prepaid member lists. You can specify account credentials and add personal customer details such as the phone number, email and address.

Coupon codes

Users are able to generate promotional codes for free or discounted internet access. The amount of required coupons, expiration date and other settings are customizable. The resulting pages can be quickly sent to the printer.
