BulkFileChanger is a Windows solution for manually changing the properties of various files on the hard drive. You can tweak existing modification and creation dates. Moreover, there are instruments to edit internal attributes such as read only, hidden, system and archive.

File modification

After starting the utility users are instructed to import source items by dragging and dropping them into the workspace. It is easy to sort the list by:

Filename;
Full path;
Size;
Extension, etc.

You can select multiple target files and click F6 to begin editing their properties in bulk. Similar to SetFileDate, there are tools for adjusting various embedded timestamps. Additionally, an option to instantly change existing attributes like hidden and read only is provided.

Other functions

Users are able to execute a custom CLI command on an imported package. This is especially advantageous when performing data compression, virus scanning and other tasks.

It is possible to generate a comprehensive report that includes information about each source item. Resulting documents are saved in the HTML format and may be opened in any web browser.
