BreeZip is a Windows utility for working with ZIP files. Like PeaZip, it uses a variety of compression algorithms to create the smallest possible archives. Additionally, tools for encrypting packages to protect sensitive information are provided. Please note that the free version of BreeZip has limited capabilities.

Archive management

Users are able to select files from the hard drive in the main window and click the Compress button to begin creating a new ZIP package. There is a checkbox for protecting confidential data with a personal password. Large archives can be split into multiple parts.

It is possible to preview the contents of existing archives before extracting them. You can create a list of favorite files for quick access.

Additional functions

Instruments for archiving various types of digital photos and videos are provided. Users are able to choose the compression level before starting the operation. This is helpful for preserving the original image quality while reducing the resulting filesize. Moreover, there is an option to compress PDF documents.

The Password Manager module allows you to organize personal credentials. It is easy to add or remove individual entries from the list.
