Using this specialized scientific program you can accurately estimate the quantitative relationship between a chemical dose and the test subject response.
BMDS
BMDS is a Windows software for calculating the amount of hazardous pollutants in a chemical sample. It was developed by the US Environmental Protection Agency to help users quickly conduct risk assessments.
How it works
Like in HouseFlipping Spread sheet, all calculations are performed in a single Microsoft Excel file. It is necessary to enable macro commands to interact with the spreadsheets.
Users can import datasets in several common formats. Moreover, there is an option to manually enter raw values into the table. Instruments for defining various analysis settings are provided as well.
Supported statistical model types include exponential, hill, linear, polynomial and power. You are able to automatically calculate average and mean values.
Report generation
It is possible to add multiple variables to the resulting dataset. For example, users can export dose responses, tail probabilities, distribution types, total number of groups and recorded adverse reactions.
Flexible logic parameters are located in the corresponding spreadsheet. You are able to adjust advanced test settings and enable model warnings.
