Bluebeam Revu is a Windows software for creating, modifying and managing PDF files. It is possible to add personal annotations, arrows, highlights and geometric shapes to source documents. Flexible collaboration instruments are provided as well.

PDF editing

Users can import existing files from the hard drive or other storage devices. There is a wide range of markup and annotation options. Additionally, tools for calculating distances between separate points and taking other measurements are included.

You are able to add premade stamps like Approved, Released or Revised to any page. This functionality is helpful for streamlining the workflow. Moreover, it is possible to insert a digital signature to prevent unauthorized document modifications.

Additional capabilities

Similar to Kofax Power PDF Advanced, there are instruments for filling out and saving PDF forms. Users can synchronize the contents of documents between separate computers to collaborate with colleagues on various projects.

The integrated spell checking module allows you to automatically detect and fix grammar errors. An option to convert PDF files to a variety of common formats is provided as well.
