BlazeDVD is a Windows program for playing DVD movies, Video-CD discs and various common media files. The multi-core CPU optimization functionality provides smooth playback without any interruptions.

How to use

After starting the utility users are instructed to insert the DVD disc into the optical drive. It will be detected automatically. Like in AVS DVD Player, any DVD movie regardless of the region encryption code can be played.

Supported video file formats include AVI, MPER, VOB, WMV and MKV. You are able to attach external subtitles to movies. There is an equalizer with 10 frequency bands for tuning the sound. It is possible to adjust speaker configuration as well.

Please note that the free trial version of BlazeDVD will expire after the 14-day evaluation period.

Recording parameters

Users can capture the video and audio output to a file. The target directory is customizable. There is an option to split the recording into several pieces after reaching the threshold filesize.

Parental controls

The Settings menu allows you to configure custom age restrictions and set a personal password for preventing unauthorized access.
