Beckhoff KS2000 is a Windows utility for parameterization of industrial bus terminals. There are tools for processing technical images of the fieldbus components to monitor their output. Please note that Beckhoff KS2000 is a paid program. There is no free trial version.

Brief overview

Users can establish a connection between the computer and industrial components via a serial or USB cable. Alternatively, it is possible to control remote devices over the network. Instruments for accessing individual signal channels via ADS are provided as well.

The application offers you high level dialogues for all Bus Couplers, intelligent Terminals and Fieldbus Box modules. Moreover, an option to perform the correct start up procedure is included. The settings of a complete station or controller can be saved and reinstated if necessary.

Fieldbus configuration

There are instruments for tuning various internal properties of connected terminals and other components. Users can directly access and modify all internal registers. This functionality is helpful for manually correcting a wide range of hardware errors and planning future operations.
