Barcode Magic is a Windows utility for designing and printing personal barcodes. It is possible to add text inscriptions to pictures. Tools for rotating, scaling and distorting the barcode are provided.

How to use

After starting the program you can select the required barcode format. Supported options include Code 39, UPC A, EAN 128, POSTNET, SSC-14 and other standard types. The height and width of the resulting image can be changed. Moreover, it is possible to rotate the barcode in 90 degree increments to better fit the page layout.

There is a text field for entering the symbols that have to be encoded. An option to include the description along with the barcode is available. Users can select the size, color and style of the letters.

Print settings

Similar to Zint Barcode Studio, you are able to place multiple identical images on the same page. It is possible to specify the amount of rows and columns. There are separate parameters for the top and left page margins. The dimensions of a single image can be changed as well. Both metric and Imperial measurements units are available.

Additional picture alignment options for customizing the layout are provided. The Printer Setup button opens a standard Windows dialog with basic hardware settings.

It is important to note that Barcode Magic is distributed on a commercial basis. The free trial version can be used for 15 days after installation.
