Awave Studio is a Windows utility for working with audio files. It is possible to convert songs from one format to another. There is a collection of filters for creating seamless transitions between the tracks, normalizing the volume and performing other operations. The free trial version will stop functioning 30 days after activation.

Music library

After starting the software you can import new items by dragging and dropping files to the workspace. The list is sortable by title, length, frequency and other attributes. There is a button for playing the currently selected song.

Converter

The application provides instruments for transforming audio files to different formats. Users can automatically remove silent sections at the beginning and the end of the song. A checkbox for resampling all waveworms to a custom frequency is included. Installed VST plugins can be enabled and configured. The output directory is adjustable as well.

Please note that Awave Studio does not allow you to configure advanced output quality parameters. It is recommended to download Digital Media Converter or another similar app for accessing more flexible conversion settings.

Waveform editor

Users are able to manually trim the track. There are several waveform graph visual modes like linear, logarithmic and power. It is possible to zoom in and out for precise editing. Tools for looping the playback and applying fading effects are provided.
