Avast SafePrice is a Windows utility that contains plugins for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. It allows users to view the best offers while shopping online. It is possible to view cost-effective travel deals. All supported websites are independently verified and safe to shop.

How it works

After integrating the extension into the browser you can access it from the main toolbar. Please note that the button is active only on websites that are included in the database. The plugin icon will be grayed out otherwise.

A notification will pop up automatically if there is a better deal available somewhere else. Moreover, a list of all comparable products in other web stores with direct links can be viewed at any time.

Coupons

Users are able to search for discounts by entering the name of a brand or online shop. Available coupons can be applied immediately from the plugin interface. There is an additional section that contains special deals, bundle offers, season sales and other saving opportunities. The list is country-specific.

Parameters

The Settings menu allows you to configure price notifications. Checkboxes for toggling various types of hotel accommodation offers are included as well. It is possible to add online stores to the custom list for disabling all notifications on specific websites.
