Authy is a Windows tool that allows you to prevent unauthorized access to personal and business online accounts by enabling two factor authentication. It generates unique one time passwords that are used as an additional way to safeguard confidential data.

This program elevates online protection by securing access to various web platforms with one time passwords that are created automatically every 30 seconds. Guessing or brute forcing such keyphrases using L0phtCrack or another similar application is significantly harder compared to standard credentials.

It is possible to seamlessly synchronize Authy across multiple desktop computers and mobile devices. This functionality is helpful for ensuring access to important accounts at all times.

Please note that Authy is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Backup and recovery

Users can create a second copy of their data, protecting it from file corruption or device loss. There is an option to quickly restore backed up information to a new PC or smartphone by logging into the personal account.
