Audiggle
Audiggle is a Windows application that allows users to identify the title of a musical composition. To recognize the song, the utility records a snippet of the track and compares it with samples stored on the server. In order to use the program, a microphone needs to be connected to the computer.
Recognition
Upon launching the utility, users need to create an account by providing a username and password. Registration is quick and occurs within the application without redirecting to external websites.
Next, it is necessary to click the Search button and bring the microphone close to the sound source. Then, the utility records a part of the musical composition and processes it. After recognition is complete, the performer’s name and track title will be shown on your screen.
The program offers to check the search history. There are also album covers for some compositions.
The utility supports background operation, with the application icon appearing in the notification area.
Results
It is possible to share identified tracks with friends on social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook. There’s also an option to receive notifications upon successful recognition.
