AtomixMP3 is a Windows software for audio mixing. All common file formats are supported. It is possible to control low, mid and high frequencies separately.

Music playback

This utility is oriented toward beginners. The main interface is straightforward and contains two decks with playback controls and a playlist. You can navigate to the music library in the included file browser. Alternatively, there is a button for scanning the hard drive for all compatible audio tracks. It is possible to add songs to the mix by double-clicking or dragging and dropping them into the playback area.

Filters and effects

There are controls for low and high frequencies on both decks as well as the crossfader slider. Moreover, the tempo and levels can be adjusted. Looping the playback is possible too.

A sample collection is provided with this program. Users can add standard sounds such as the whistle, horn, siren, bell, clap, laugh, etc. Additionally, there are included effects like the brake, flanger and over-loop to distort the music.

It is worth mentioning that this utility does not contain professional DJ instruments. There are much more powerful mixing apps like PCDJ DEX.

Options

You can disable the equalizer, crossfader and scratch. Pitch range is customizable. Settings for auto gain and beatmatch are available. There are several visual themes included with the tool.
