ArcSoft MediaImpression is a Windows utility that helps users prepare images and movies for sharing on different social platforms. It is possible to import files from a mobile device.

Media manager

The app offers instruments for quickly displaying your multimedia items. There are options for filtering content by type such as pictures, video and music. Moreover, you can sort the files by size, date or rating. Big thumbnails are provided for your convenience. It is possible to open files in the included viewer or choose another installed application.

Tools and instruments

Included Photo editor lets users quickly tune the contrast and brightness of the image and remove the red eyes. Additional options like cropping and straightening are available. Retouch tools such as Clone and Healing brush can be used for removing small defects from the pictures. Automatic Face Beautify filter is provided as well. Users can download Ulead Photo Express or Photoshop for more advanced photo editing.

You are able to create a slideshow or a movie from the selected files. There are several themes and effects that can be applied to the project. Options for adding the soundtrack are available.

Sharing the results

Uploading video directly to Youtube is possible through this program. Pictures can be shared through Flickr or Facebook. Users are prompted to enter the credentials for the corresponding website before uploading the media.
