Despite the fact that this application was released as an official solution from the developers, you need to install various drivers to run it properly. Functionality

As mentioned above, the main goal of this utility is to update the firmware on different Amlogic devices. It is worth noting that such processors are mainly installed in inexpensive, TV set-top boxes, receivers, DVD players and other similar equipment.

It is worth mentioning that not all devices may be updated, because some do not have a USB port. This is a problem, due to the fact that you need to connect the gadget to a computer to use the full functionality of this tool. In addition to this, you have to manually find and download the firmware on the Internet. This can be done by visiting various specialized forums or the official developer’s website.

How to use

Working with the software is a quite straightforward process. All you need to do is run the program and assign the path to the firmware. To do this, you can click on the Setting button, and then choose the Load Img option. On the right side of the main window you are able to toggle various configuration settings, such as erase bootloader or reset after burn. When all the adjustments have been made, you can press the Start button and connect the device to the computer to install the required firmware.
