AFS Explorer is a Windows program for working with graphics, sounds and other data in Pro Evolution Soccer 2011. There are tools for replacing internal game elements and editing them. Third-party plugins for expanding basic functionality are supported.

Importing data

Users can open any AFS package from the main game directory or from the ISO image. The list of subfolders is displayed on the left side of the window. There are categories like general, parameters, training and other sections containing internal game data.

After selecting the required folder you are able to view specific resource items with texture images, audio tracks, configuration files and other content. It is possible to replace any element with a customized version and apply the changes to the original package.

There is a tool for previewing game graphics and a media player. Alternatively, users can download PES Sound File Converter to work with the Pro Evolution Soccer audio content. The ZLIB manager component provides options for archive compression and decryption.

Creating AFP patches

The utility allows you to build a file for automatic mod installation. It includes all edited AFS items and can be quickly integrated in the game. This functionality is useful for distributing modifications online.
