Aether II is the sequel to the popular modification for Minecraft called Aether, set in a hostile paradise way up in the clouds. This world provides an entirely new experience from what you are used to in the vanilla game. It is packed with fantastic creatures and mysterious structures, as well as rich life and history. In order to succeed, you will have to relearn key ideas as you tackle challenges with corrupted materials, spooky monsters and deep lore if you want to survive and prosper.

Innovations

The second iteration of the Aether series has its own unique portal. To enter the world, you need to create a frame of Quartz blocks, fill it with water and walk in. The mod has also been enhanced in terms of textures, mobs, items, and structures. The new WIP terrain increases the variety and complexity of the in-game environments, adding caves, biomes, and more.

Ore and armor

While exploring the world, you will come across various new ores, such as Gravitite and Ambrosium. There are also several sets of armor each equipped with its own special ability. For example, the Neptune set enables you to walk on the ocean floor, while the Valkyrie armor allows you to fly. However, to get these mythic relics, you will have to fight and complete numerous dungeons scattered around the new dimension.
