AEMTuner is a Windows utility for programming engine management systems and other ECUs made by AEM. You can control a wide range of fuel, ignition and boost parameters. Unlike VAG K Can Commander, the program is designed for tuning professional racing cars.

Main functionality

This software provides a fully customizable workspace with tables, maps, graphs, gauges and other control elements. It is possible to create several interface layouts for different purposes such as idle, ignition and boost.

Users can protect access to internal settings with a personal password to prevent unauthorized changes. Moreover, there is support for internal conflict detection in I/O assignments.

Engine calibration

You are able to set custom limits for the coolant temperature, oil pressure and knock level. This is helpful for developing complex engine protection strategies and preserving full performance during the race.

Several spare temperature and pressure inputs are available. They can be utilized for connecting additional sensors or switches. Adjustable tables and maps allow users to program virtually any combination of power adders, engine controls and auxiliary devices.
