Main functionality
This popular software allows you to open and edit any PDF documents. There are flexible editing instruments for changing the visual appearance of the text. It is possible to import pictures in all common file formats. You can resize and distort them to better fit the layout.
Users are able to acquire the image from a scanner and automatically convert all detected text blocks into editable form. There are options for correcting the page orientation and splitting facing pages. Additional scanning settings like the resolution, edge detection and noise reduction are provided. Moreover, users can convert color pictures to the grayscale format for easier text recognition.
Editing instruments
Like in Kofax Power PDF, there are drawing tools for adding lines, arrows and various geometrical shapes to the page. You can highlight, underline or cross out any text block. A library of digital stamps for approving, revising or rejecting the document is available.
